How long does shipping typically take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your package departs.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, we prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with a generic return address to ensure the contents remain confidential.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship out a replacement immediately.
