At Everything 420, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused item in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
